-- Résumé : La clinique du bébé au sens large amène à réfléchir sur la première rencontre avec un nourrisson en référence à la première rencontre avec l'adulte ou l'enfant plus grand. La présence simultanée du bébé et de ses parents donne lieu à un remaniement des équilibres narcissiques et objectaux et à la nécessaire prise en compte d'une topique plurielle. La position maternelle primaire des adultes se trouve tout particulièrement sollicitée, ici. La tâche de l'analyste pris dans un faisceau de transferts et confronté à sa propre histoire infantile précoce se centre principalement sur les mouvements d'identification et de distanciation. L'analyste est amené à constamment s'interroger sur ce qu'il cherche à rencontrer à travers ce bébé. -- Abstract : The clinic of the baby in the widest sense brings one to think about the first encounter with the baby in relation to the first encounter with an adult or older child. The simultaneous presence of the baby and its parents gives rise to a reworking of narcissistic and objectal equilibriums and to the necessary taking into account of a plural topic. The primary maternal position of adults is most especially sought here. The analyst's task, caught up in a web of transferences and confronted with its own early infantile history, is principally centered on the mouvements of identification and distancing. The analyst is constantly brought to question what he is seeking to encounter through this baby. |
