Quel que soit l'intérêt des interrogations, voire des innovations techniques concernant l'abord analytique des patients - futurs analysants ou non -, si nécessaire que soit l'évolution de la théorie de la technique en fonction de celle de la pathologie (avec le spectre d'une montée de l'inanalysibilité), c'est d'abord et principalement de l'esprit dans lequel l'analyste traite la rencontre, intimement lié à sa conception globale de la psychanalyse, que dépendent la conduite de l'entretien préliminaire, son retentissement et ses suites. -- Abstract : Whatever the interest of the questions let alone the technical innovations concerning the analytic approach of patients, whether they be future analysands or not, and however necessary the development of the theory of technique with regard to that of pathology (one currently has the impression of a rise in numbers in unanalysability), the handling of the preliminary encounter, its effect and consequences depend first and foremost on the analyst's attitude to the encounter which is intrinsically linked to his overall conception of psychoanalysis. |
