-- Résumé : Dès les premières rencontres, le psychiatre-analyste confronté au retrait, au délire ou à la persécution, cherche un premier fil pour penser le patient, une première histoire. Il s'appuie sur son expérience et son éthique pour justifier son être-là mis en question par le refus du contact, la méconnaissance et le déni. Il cherche à animer le fonctionnement psychique du patient et solliciter son envie d'investir. Il repère les troubles du développement et les enchaînements transgénérationnels qui se présentent comme un mythe étiologique. Il cherche à s'identifier au patient en maintenant son indépendance de thérapeute, dans un jeu entre une position écoutante et une position plus active à la recherche de liens. -- Abstract : As from his very first encounters with a patient, the psychiatrist-analyst, confronted with retreat, delusion or persecution, looks for a preliminary thread to think the patient, an initial story. He refers to his experience and ethic in order to justify his being there which is put into question by the patient's refusal to make contact, misapprehension and denial. He tries to activate the patient's psychic functionning and bring out his desire for investment. He locates problems in development and the transgenerational connections that present themselves as an aetiological myth. He attempts to identify with the patient, whilst retaining his independance as a therapist, in a play between the position of listening and a more active position of looking for connections. |
